If you are an instructor at a school and are thinking about incorporating the book into your course, you can request a review copy of the book.
To do so, go to the book's page at QUE: http://www.quepublishing.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0789747324. Then look on the right for "Other Options." Click on that and then look for "Request an Instructor or Media review copy."
